The audit covers 80 technical and on-page checkpoints: crawlability, indexation, canonical setup, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, mobile usability, page speed, keyword gaps, and internal linking. Each item is marked pass, warning, or fail with a written explanation and recommended fix priority.

The Essenziale audit takes approximately 7 business days. The Crescita package takes around 21 business days. The Dominio package takes approximately 40 business days. These start after the onboarding form is returned, which is sent within 24 hours of payment.

No. No responsible SEO provider can guarantee specific positions because search algorithms are controlled by Google and Bing, not agencies. What we guarantee is documented, technically correct work and full transparency into every change made and why.

Yes. We work with clients across the EU and internationally. All delivery is fully digital. The majority of our work is in Italian and English but we can work with multilingual sites across other European languages when coordinated with local content teams.

Within 24 hours you receive an onboarding form by email asking for website access credentials, target keywords, and your business goals. Work begins within 2 to 3 business days of that form being returned. You have access to a shared document for all progress notes throughout the project.

Yes under certain conditions. If you cancel before the onboarding form is returned and no work has started, you receive a full refund. After work has started, a partial refund is calculated based on work not yet completed. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy for details.

No. Each package is a one-time payment for a defined scope of work. There are no automatic renewals or rolling contracts. If you want to continue after the initial project, we agree on the next steps separately.

Yes. Both are platforms we work with regularly. E-commerce SEO has specific considerations around product page canonicalization, faceted navigation, crawl budget, and structured data that differ from content sites. We address these in the audit and implementation phases.
