If the customer cancels before the onboarding form is returned and before any work has started, they receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If work has begun, a partial refund is calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed. Work that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable.
Services that have been fully delivered are excluded from refund, regardless of whether the outcomes met the customer's expectations.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This right lapses if the consumer has expressly agreed that the service starts immediately and has confirmed awareness of losing the right of withdrawal.
